Responsible for evaluating investment opportunities by conducting market research, financial modeling, and property performance analysis. Provides detailed reports on cash flow projections, risk assessments, and return scenarios to support acquisition and disposition decisions. Works closely with the investor to identify trends and optimize portfolio growth.
